Wendy's on 2085 Reed Rd is probably the worst Wendy's in town. I go every morning on my way to work and they always mess something up. "Why go if they're that bad?" It's a better option than McDonald's. The customer service is terrible. I order the same meal each time I go. I know what they can and can't do/won't do. I ordered a pineapple mango tea and was told they can't do that and when I asked why the response was "we only have strawberry lemonade." I know that's false as I get a tea every morning. Secondly, I asked for my meals to be a large and when I received my food my items were the small portion. Just before receiving them, I looked at my receipt and saw that they had rung up order for small and when I mentioned it to the manager he replied "you asked for a small." No, I did not; your meals are automatically small. Why would anyone request a small when it's already small??? So instead of just acknowledging that they messed up, I got gaslighted. Next time I'll drive across town...
Read moreWhile this store is conveniently located just off the highway, it can be extremely busy during lunch time. Have not been here during dinner or breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Even though it was very busy at time of day I was there, the staff did a very quick and great job of getting orders taken and sent out, even with only one person, Teresa, working the counter. She kept the line flowing and the staff in back never missed a beat. I also commend them for getting the orders right. I would recommend this particular Wendy's if you happen to be in this area of 931 and Morgan. The only issue that I had was the computer system seemed to be running slow, but I don't count it against them. After all, computers seem to have minds of their...
Read moreThis burger place is my fav, for the burgers, but they consistently rip you off at this location when you go through the drive thru and order a drink. They always put way too much ice in the drinks and consistently take advantage of the customer. When confronted with it, they always use the "Well, it's to compensate for what would melt in the drink" excuse. Tired of excuses, and looking at results, order a burger here, and get a drink at the gas station, or maybe better yet, vote with your feet and move on. (My opinion: it's practices like this that keep good places of business from becoming great... always looking out for number one, always means they'll treat you...
