2ND UPDATE: JULY 2025 So I thought I would give Arby's another try I love Arby's you know once in awhile not a daily thing. I travel a lot this is by far the worst Arby's I have ever ever came across and I've come across some The food is subpar. The place is on average not very clean. PASS ON THIS ARBYS +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ UPDATE: I HAVEN'T GONE TO ARBY'S IN A VERY LONG TIME AND I WENT THERE TODAY. THE FRIES ARE OVERCOOKED AN THE OUTSIDE AND FROZEN ON THE INSIDE THE COOK AT THIS LOCATION ARBY'S IS HORRIBLE. As you see in the reviews below the owner responded and wants me to take more time out in my day to submit my issues on this website no he should make corrections just by the reviews as most businesses do. I'm not going to use another minute after writing this review to use up more time of my day to say the same thing on the website. No the owner should make changes from reviews that he reads good or bad. UPDATE: LA GRANDE OR 8/29. I ordered the 5pc chkn tenders and got undercooked limpy tenders. Plus I ordered nothing but horsey sauce & ranch & got barbecue sauce & ketchup. Ontario OR Arby's never have issues & they listen. You get good crispy tenders & the sauces you order. The cooks in La Grande OR suck.
Also Arby's needs to quit giving sauces out people don't order. I'd rather get no sauce then the sauces I don't want & didn't order. More food waste from Arby's.
Adding, Management needs to quit answering with a link that nobody can click on and nobody has time for it to sit down and put it on their website. Put a link that you can click on or don't bother.

Read moreZERO STARS AND THIS AWFUL WRETCH SHOULD BE FIRED! Do not go to the LaGrande Arby's restaurant. Customer service is the absolute worst I've ever experienced. Some little girl with a snotty attitude at the drive-up window had such a nasty demeanor when I told her I wasn't able to come inside to pick up my online order. She never said hello, scowled the entire time, turned her back and walked away as I tried to explain why I couldn't come inside and was extremely unpleasant and inappropriate. She absolutely should not be what customers have to deal with when picking up an Arby's order. All she had to do was hand the order to me but she couldn't even professionally do that. The owners should be embarrassed by her behaviour since she is now the ugly face representing their business and I plan to tell everyone I know about my experience. I have no desire to ever return as I don't need a wretched girl who appears mad about having to do her job and give customers their food. Shame on whoever hired her. On top of the horrible attitude, the food was terrible. The curly fries were overcooked and it looked like the remnants of the bag of frozen fries. Just a bunch of broken pieces. They were completely cold and needed to be microwaved. The beef and cheese sandwich was also cold (again had to microwave it) and I ended up feeding it to my dog. It's just plain icky to be served cold food and it's apparent there is no effort to do their job correctly. They didn't give me any Arby's sauce or napkins nor was I asked if I needed any. I've deleted the Arby's app and will boycott this particular restaurant from now on. Again, the owner/manager needs to deal with her expeditiously as they are losing customers because of her. Read moreFirst off, I'm so happy there's an Arby's here in LaGrande! I've been a fan of the Beef n Cheddar since I was a kid. I have ordered from them at least four times in two months. The food has been consistently good. I think their dining room needs a makeover it's not very inviting and doesn't look as clean as it should because of that. So I don't dine in. The restrooms were pretty clean. Staff is friendly. Recommended.
Well it's a shame that after giving this Arby's here a great review, today I have to alter it, other than the food I had a horrible experience with the manager. She told me I have to inform her that I'm picking up my mobile order when the instructions on the app don't indicate that I'm supposed to unless it's not there. The manager told me to never come back again when I pointed this out to her. She literally yelled at me. I'm appalled and I will also let door dash know of the manager telling me to never come back because I had already been there 2-3times to pick up orders for customers and not once was I told I needed to check in first. She has a really nasty demeanor, and I won't ever go back there again. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I don't give people my business that yell at me for no reason and 86 me from the store.
