Worst experience at a Starbucks ever! Stopped twice at this location as we make frequent trips to Idaho. The staff was absolutely rude when we placed our order and gave nothing but attitude... let that slide. Picked our order up and realized the barista had forgotten part of our order when I politely told her she sighed and slammed the cup down in front of me obviously irritated. They were not even busy. There is no excuse for such poor customer service. When my brother went through the drive thru on our way to Idaho he asked for a "pupperchino" for their dog and he was told flat out no by the barista because it wasn't healthy for the animal... followed by a lecture about how he fed his dog apples instead and how my brother should take a page from his book basically. Just ignorant... if you want to educate people on better, healthier alternatives for their animals that is wonderful but there is a way to go about it... no need to be patronizing or rude. Just horrible experience overall. Definetley lost a large group of customers who stop frequently in la...
Read moreSo this review should have been 1 star. My coworkers and I stopped in during a trip. The original barista that helped us was extremely rude. You could tell that us coming in was an inconvenience to him. I asked him about a sandwich in the deli case and what it is called. He responded by saying "I dunno. They all look the same from here." The same sandwich is question had mold on it. I wasn't going to make a big deal but I just wanted to let him know. He lied and said that it wasn't mold, but pesto. Trust me, This was mold. I can't mention him by name because he wasn't wearing a name tag, and the receipt doesn't have his name on it. However, another employee Abby who we also got to deal with was amazing. She was super friendly and definitely made us feel welcomed. I suspect she noticed the poor treatment we received from her co worker, and made her best effort to take care of us. Abby deserves a 5 star review. Because of her I am going to give this Starbucks a 3 star review to average out...
Read moreYou can have your fancy weekend trips to Seattle in the spring and feast on your steak tartare and wine-and-cheese platters. Me? I'm heading up into the hills to do a whole lotta muddin'. Nothing beats the satisfaction of tearing up soggy dirt roads with my F-450 and getting layers of grit and grime caked on to my baby on every inch possible. So when I'm done for the day and need to head down into the valley to revel in my accomplishment, I like heading to this Starbucks to celebrate. The looks of disgust from the hippies and soccer moms out in the parking lot as they gawk at my crud-smeared beauty validates my trips here. The workers sure are polite considering I'm only there to use their WiFi. Actually, I can't say I care much for coffee when a can of Monster or Walmart's Mountain Dew knockoff will do the trick, but my experiences here are still worthy...
