McDonald's — Restaurant in La Habra

The children (young adults) working here need a proper lesson in customer service and common decency. After waiting in a line that apparently doesn't exist for a few minutes I was finally approached by a young lady working who had just got done goofing off with the child(young adult) who had what seemed to be a dirty chin however it could be the fluctuating hormones; which would explain but not justify the childish behavior. Either way, service is terrible and management, who has been made aware of these employees, should at the least put those employees on a temporary suspension. I highly doubt anything will be done but due to this being the second time I have been to this location and employees were fooling around I felt obligated to write this. Depending an management and crew for the time of visit, you can either get great service from friendly team members or service from team members who forget how to service customers by closing the dining area 30 minutes prior to posted restaurant hours without updating posted restaurant hours to reflect the change. The manager running the Christmas Eve shift should be reprimanded for unnecessary loss of sales and having an "oh well" attitude. At least three families were turned away in two minutes while the drive thru remained open for business. A real bad judgement call on part of the manager. Hope her family was happy as mine was not. this store is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to.its not one trip its every single time I go to there I am upset. the management staff is rude as can be. fries tasted like they were fried in fish oil , the frappe drink has no coffee in it what so ever which makes it completely over priced.over three dollars for ice and no coffee.that is ridiculous! I am done giving this place chance after chance from now on I wont be eating here and I will be telling all of my family and friends about the numerous horrible customer service, food ,and beverages that come from this place.better clean it up mcdonalds I'm not the only...
