Read moreAbsolutely the worst, Female manager was rude, nasty, dismissive, and confrontational!! STOLE MONEY FROM ME. They were paid twice. They asked for payment on an order that was already paid from doordash. I had to use my personal card to get a customer order and they refuse to refund me. The manager just confirmed they were not supposed to ask for a card for payment and orders are paid in advance yet the guy at the window last night said he would not give me the food unless I gave him a card. It was close to midnight so I used my own card so the customer would get the order. Doordash confirmed the customer pre paid so I didn't need to pay for the order. The manager told me to take it up with my bank or HR! She was extremely rude and hung up on me. I was very nice on the call, and did not deserve her dismissive nasty behavior. Read moreOur order which is always the same #1 and two #2's. We opened our food and there was no cheese in our fries. I took the card we used to purchase the food, so they could look up our order. Samuel said he had to have the receipt so he could look that we purchased food. I've always loved tommys and we never had an issue even when they made the mistake. We know now that if we were to drive back down here the 3rd time I might as well bought Samuel a meal, besides the fact I'm missing out on the time I could be spending with my family. It's a fact that they made a mistake, but I have to pay for it. I rather go some where professional that will make me happy.
