Maricela's (at the La Habra, Ca location) customer service skills are just extraordinary! The day prior I had visited the store to get some prints made just to get home and find out the gentleman that had helped me messed up my prints. The following day 10/6/21 I was acknowledged/greeted by Maricela and she took the time to ask what exactly it was I needed to be printed. She corrected the error as well as replaced the paper that had been used in the first place (above & beyond customer service!) & then once again took the time to show me the final product ensuring it was correct BEFORE I walked away.
Above all of this, she was very mindful of how busy she was assistance/ genuinely acknowledging every other customer that walked up to the print counter!! Super pleased to know that one can still count on kind hard-working people in today's world!

A FANTASTIC idea in theory, but in reality nothing but basic retail bait and switch - and frankly it's deceptive, and misleading. Not ONE time has my order been ready within an hour, not once. Not once even TWO hours.
When you go in to pick up, the poor folks who work here have no idea what to do. Expect to use many expletives before giving up while trying to understand the barely audible "customer support" person the store people call on for help.

Honestly the prices were a surprise as I thought it would be expensive more so than if I went to Sam's Club and bought my new printer but now I stand corrected. Ryan Berhow was the first to greet me my first visit last week and right away ask what my needs were and proceeded to guide me through right down to rewards program and HP+ promotions that basically gives me no cost ink and up to 300 pages a month print plan. Straight up when you walk in you are going to be greeted and well taken care of by the staff here and Special shout out to Cesar, Andera and Mari (Mari spelled that way since I don't know the correct spelling sorry) and of course Ryan the General Manager....
