Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in La Marque

Please spare yourself the agony of hearing an employee from this establishment express her dislike of having to do some work 15 minutes before their official closing time. I arrived 45 minutes before they closed, and was greeted by one employee as walking across the street to a different location. She managed to yell across the street to tell me that "they closing now." I went to the drive thru to confirm this because after all, the website said that they closed at 10:30pm, and it was 9:45pm. Upon arrival to the drive thru, I was told that they closed in 15 minutes (10:00). I asked the associate if it was too late to place an order for chicken, and she proceeded to try to convince me that it was too late to cook anything. I told her it was urgent, and would it be possible to place the order. I was greeted with an expression of disbelief because she would have to cook for me after she cleaned up! From that response alone, I wouldn't let her cook ANYTHING for me, or cut my grass for that matter. I guess I should apologize for showing up 45 minutes before your posted closing time (on google) and requesting your services To sum it...

The food was Terrible I had orders 20 piece mixed with spicy and mild chicken for 20.99 with mash potatoes, cole slaw and macaroni and cheese and a dozen of biscuits. I had also got 1/2 gallons of Tea and Lemonade. I asked for the chicken to be fresh they said it will be a 20 minute wait I said that will be fine because I wanted my meal fresh my order was brought out to my car in 10 minutes. When I got home the chicken was burnt because they had put the chicken that was already cooked back in the grease and made it looked like it was cooked fresh. The chicken was hard . I live 5 minutes away from the place I will never go back to this place again . The Mac cheese , cole slaw was bad only thing was good was the mash potatoes and biscuits. I went to this place on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. ...

I went to pick up me a meal there, went thru the drive thru and they told me to park and they would bring my meal to me. After waiting a long time and after seeing other customers going in to pick up their order, I go in and ask 'Whrre was my order? I have been waiting. An employee then said... "Don't come in here with all that." Are you serious.... I paid for my order thru drive thru and I have to walk in to get it? Wow! Very disappointed. And am she threw my bag on the counter and proceeded to say, 'This is yours after telling me that they had to wait for fresh chicken to come up. They LIED. My chicken was old and dry. I made a complaint to the Church's Headquarters. Sorry customer service and sorry chicken. I will not give them $.01 of my money ever again! Go back to training and learn customer service...
