I have tried to message with corporate but have not gotten a reply so here is my exp with this location I was one of 3 ppl that came in to get lunch to take home. We all had separate orders and in my group 2 out of 3 of us are diabetic. I ordered last at 3:04 pm and didn't get my food till 3:47pm for "fast food" that is in no way ok.
It took over 40 min to receive my order that was 2x sandwiches, 6 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, large fry and large macaroni and cheese. At the 20 min mark I asked when I would get my food and was told the drive thru was causing the delay then I was told it was the sandwiches When I asked the 1st employee for a manager I was told there was no manager, I then asked for who ever was in charge and was told no one was in charge When I asked a 2nd employee for a manager or whoever was in charge she said it was her and she didn't want to give out her name when I asked for her employee number she said she didn't have one. I told her that it was crazy that at once 30 min I was still waiting for my food and I was making a complaint who am I speaking to she finally told me her name was Lalaiue and said my food would be ready soon. I finally got my food over 40min after I ordered it and 30 min after my friend who ordered right before me got hers and 10 min after the other friend that ordered 1st. The blackened chicken sandwich was not edible due to it having over a cup of mayonnaise on it to the point that when we picked it up the bread was so saturated that it fell apart and pickles were put on it when it was ordered with our pickles. 7.Not once was the staff apologetic or communicative of why my order or why my 1st friends order took so long or why we watched over 10 ppl who ordered after us inside and that's not even counting how many cars were served via the drive through all got their food in a reasonable time but we sat for almost an...
Read moreCame here on Sunday, September 4th at 7:30pm and witnessed a young female employee with thick lash extensions (they do not wear name tags) being rude to each and every customer that she had an interaction with. I witnessed her asking the male customer in front of me "what do you want?!" when it was his turn to order. She continued to have a very foul attitude and at one point when she was showing the box of chicken she prepared for another customer to the older female employee working at the cashier, a piece of chicken fell onto the counter and without hesitation she picked it up with her bare hand and threw it back into the box. The customer then came up to her and said "you did not just put that chicken back in there after dropping it" and she shamelessly rolled her eyes and replied "yes I did" and also said "well I'm just gonna have to throw this box away" and the customer basically said that she'd rather have a new box anyways because the chicken was contaminated. The female employee reluctantly walked to the back where we were still able to see her and angrily threw the box of chicken into the trash and every customer in the lobby looked at her in utter disbelief and shook their heads and she looked like she could care less. I also saw that she smiled to another employee in the back right after this as though she was proud of her actions. So she clearly doesn't give a damn about how she treats other and also this job. Honestly, why even work in customer service if you hate it so much? Wouldn't be surprised if this location even closed because the service here along with the employees' energy was so negative and it has been witnessed by so many. Read moreThis place is a hit or a miss...most of the time a MISS. I only go to Popeyes on Tuesday's for their Tuesday special. I only go once a month. I either go shortly after they open or right before the dinner hour rush. Today, April 16th 2024, I went an hour after they opened knowing that their chicken will most likely be fresh. I was wrong...again. I spent 40.00 for 10 orders of the Tuesday's special. I then proceeded to my potluck location and the first thing I noticed not ONE napkin. I proceeded to serve myself a plate and OMG!!!! The chicken had to be from the night before or they hadn't changed the oil for 3 days. Not one piece was fresh. The skin was hard as rocks. The thighs were the size of wings. Do you think they shrunk? I took the skin off and the chicken was brown. I did not eat any of it. I threw it all in the garbage. Yes, I should have taken it back. But I figured I learned my lesson for the last time with Popeyes. Oh, did i mention my order wasn't just for me, it was for a potluck I was went to. Can you imagine the embarrassment I went through? Next time, I will go to that Asian wok place right behind Popeyes. I can get alot of orange chicken their for 40.00....AND it's ALWAYS FRESH!!!!!!!! Goodbye Popeyes Chicken.
