I picked up two ham & cheese jalapeno croissants and a banana muffin. I usually go to the yum yum location off valley view & imperial but since I needed gas I went to this one because it was on close by at the time. As bit in I noticed that another type of ham was used and it was burnt on one side. The ham used was like the honey baked kind along with low quality sandwich ham. I noticed this location is not consistent like the other location. At least the other location uses quality since you pay almost 5 dollars. Also if you are looking for a muffin that is freshly baked and taste homemade don't get them from any yum yum...they tend to use a generic box mix that taste bland and doesn't have a natural banana or blueberry...

I decided to go again new year's Eve, but when I pulled up I immediately noticed both employees didn't have masks covering their faces. One had the mask pulled all the way down under his chin and the other didn't look like he was wearing one at all.

Read moreRegular donuts were great. The problem I had was with the "fancy", pastries like cream cheese croissant had barely any filling. It was the driest pastry ever! The filling was barely existent , I had eaten half of it before noticing anything. So little of it I had to make sure there's something in it! The fritter was about the same,small size and hardly any apple in it. Regular donuts were cooked perfectly aside from that,it made me think I could get better at the ampm next door without needing to get a dozen to have better costs.
