I bought this and took it on one trip and the handle pin fell out....grrr, (strike 1). OK then....I get that sometimes cheap products made in China may have faults and break on occasion...fine. I'm a reasonable person, so I reached out to their customer service via their website thinking they may stand behind their product and replace it...I've never even received a response...nada! So no replacement (strike 2) and no acknowledgement of my issue, nothing but radio silence from the customer service team (strike 3). ...

So, if have Travelers Polo and Racquet Club Luggage, you may want to read this. You are out of luck if you need replacement parts for you TPRC Luggage. They do not stock them.
