Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in La Quinta

I'm going to give you guys three stars only because I enjoy Pizza and the new recipes that you guys have. I have removed two stars for customer service and what I received today was nothing less than egregious according to those standards. I was not rude I did not call the establishment looking for trouble only to inquire about an online order that seem to not go all the way through after an hour and a half of waiting. I called three times within this hour and a half and when someone answered the phone they said hello as if I were a bill collector interrupting dinner time with their family. Cool I understand rough day, but when asked if this is Domino's because of how are you answer the phone your immediate answer is to lie and say no. This forces me to leave my home and come to your establishment to see about the online order. When I get there I am told that yes you did call the right number someone answered it but didn't feel like doing any work at the time. Again I understand but if you don't feel like answering the phone speak to your team leader ask them to take over answering the phone ask him to put somebody else there cut pizzas fold boxes do something else other than make other customers have a bad experience. Unfortunate that i have to choose a star. Zero would be my selection. Why here it is.., Ordering the 5.99 two toping pizza is a scam tried four times wouldn't let me order so I went for the three topping for 7.98 and said no other choice. . Not even the box was folded properly the pizza started to slide out on the way home because They can't even get the box correct. I stood there waiting for 10 minutes while the manager explained that she couldn't correct the fouled up order prior to me because she was on break. I used to own a Morton's and a Denny's style restaurant in Hawaii and as the owner I would do whatever was necessary even If i was I was on break or just popping in on my day off . I expected the same dedication out of my managers or they were no longer my managers . Twit you're the manager get it right get it done or get another job 7/11 is hiring. The pizza is pretty darn good but I don't know if it's gonna bring me back after dealing with these mentally challenged individuals . Last comment you can't even get a packet of the little red peppers you can buy a big jar but they won't even give you the papers health Costco will give you as many pepper packets as you want AND Parmesan perhaps you should go through the Costco pizza...

Please be advised this is a FYI this place does not go by what the website States the website when you place an order asked make model and color a vehicle for curbside pick up. And to text (here) upon arrival and turn hazard lights on so they can bring out order these people do not bring your order out unless you call the number upon arrival.. I followed directions on the website I learned it the hard way I was parked for 20 minutes outside until I seen another car park and brought out their order before mine.
