I used to go to Dunkin every day sometimes two or three times a day. Now I don’t go anymore and for good reason. I know Dunkin’s menu inside and out. I know how it’s supposed to taste and look. Every time I go it’s different. The syrup is at the bottom, the matcha has clumps in it bc they don’t mix it enough, the ice measurements are all the way to the top, etc etc etc. Each time they make up their own way of making the drinks. I’ve asked so many times h””how many pumps does this get” or “can you shake my matcha please it’s not supposed to have clumps in it”. Each time they give a different answer or in the case of the matcha they are too lazy to stir it to the point it’s clumpless!! If it’s hard for you to stir it and it’s not in a cup, how much harder is it going to be to stir it when it’s inside a cup and all I have to stir it is a straw? A lot harder obviously. For these prices you guys should make the drinks correctly. I don’t even blame the workers completely because what does the owner expect when they pay them slave wages? Of course they’re not going to care. You complain to the manager too and nothing changes because they’re paid slave wages too so no one cares. This is why I don’t go anymore. Dunkin is notorious for their drinks being hit or miss (bc 99% of the time they’re not made correctly). Wasted my money one...

Despite the store being extremely busy, Krista went above and beyond to accommodate my large order for my employees. She patiently answered my questions, provided helpful suggestions, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. Her professionalism and dedication were truly impressive.
Despite the high volume of customers (inside and in the drive through), the store was well-run and organized. I was immediately greeted and received prompt assistance. The checkout process was streamlined and efficient, making it a breeze to complete my purchase.

Read moreNeeds Major Improvement - I've tried to be supportive, but it just never gets any better. First off, just getting into the parking lot is a challenge. Whoever approved this site for a dunkin donuts with drive through should be fired. The layout is so bad that you can't park and go into the store without waiting for the drivethrough line to move. Most mornings the line is backed up into the street which then causes accidents on Lacey Road as cars try to swerve into the other lane to avoid hitting the cars on line for this donut/coffee shop. My orders are very rarely correct, and apparently SOUR MILK is normal here. Lastly, HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT IN THE CORRECT DONUTS IN A BOX? Every time I get donuts for a group function/meeting and provide a list I'll get roughly 2 out of 12 correct. I'd have better results with pure luck of the draw. Avoiding this location from now on. Good luck, and please for God's sake if you still decide to risk going here DON"T BLOCK THE ROAD... not worth a car...
