Rude employees ,rude manager didn't accept The app promotion and told me I was wrong about it when I read word from word to her. She dismissed me. The employee at the window closed it in my face shrugged shoulders and turned away acting like I wasn't there. . Theyforgot a soda with my order. And charged me $16 for 2 sandwiches with unmelted cheese. When I called back, she told me she was sorry for inflation. I said I would speak with the general manager. She laughed and said, okay, worst place ever to stop.Don't do it if you can miss it.There's a dq, a kwik trip, subway and family Restaurant. You can all get better service. Better food and don't have to deal with the unprofessionalism or the employees that don't care about doing their job. If I could give it any minus stars I Def would. Oh the app took my points because it was right they denied me and could tell me why my points were taken. I been good with this place for about a year the last 15 yrs before I ha e a bad response everytime, then they impressed me once staff changed. The rudeness this morning along with the stuck up brat who didn't wanna answer me or find out was absolutely ridiculous. Neither her or the manager should be in a customer service roll. Read moreWe visited the Ladysmith, WI location on 02-02-2019 and ordered our meal at about 5:00pm and stayed for about 2 hours. During that time no attention to the dining area was ever given. Many times I'd notice employees just standing around and talking whenever they had the chance. The area visible behind the counter looked as though nobody had cleaned up anything since they opened 12 hours earlier. It doesn't take a lot of effort to do just a little bit of cleaning between customers. When you drop something.. pick it up and throw it away.. learn what a broom is for.. a little effort goes a long way... Upon leaving I spoke to a young female manager who did more to defend her obvious lack of management skills than she did to apologise for such a "pig-sty" operation. They had plenty of employees on hand and at least 4-5 had left to go home while we visited while nobody lifted a finger to clean up anything. Much of the time we were there a group of high school age kids were using fowl language and being obnoxious to other diners. All the while management did nothing. McDonald's puts a lot of effort into training their employees. As far as the young manager I spoke with... She should just punch out and go home... What a...
Read moreIt was just okay for me. Used their app. Ordered. Arrived and then waited at the front. The host wasn't the best. Explained I pre-ordered and he asked me what app. I really didn't know because it was a Order Ahead button on the website. He said follow me...and proceeded to walk into the kitchen. I stopped by the bar and 3 other people asked me if I ordered on the app. Is this new for them? Why are there so many questions about it? Anyhow, I felt like the entire pick up process was long and awkward with no one really on top of it, which took a lot longer to pick up and left me in an ackward place in the restaurant....waiting. I ordered a bacon burger with toppings. I ended up with 2 burgers on one bun, and no toppings. Guess they didn't read the app choices? Burgers were kinda dry but the side salad was good.
