-Extremely clean store and was very impressed with the attention to detail at every corner. -The staff was very intelligent and if they didn't know the answer they were able to figure it out very quickly. -The Sporting Goods Dept. really stood out, it is unlike any other hardware store you have ever seen and the amount of Vortex inventory is as very good indicator of how well they are woven into the outdoor industry. -Another area of the store that stood out was the furniture, mattress, and appliance selection.. it is impressive. The prices were very aggressive and customer friendly. -Quick shoutout to the names behind this great operation.. Kevin (GM), Ted (assistant GM), Kari (floor associate), in sporting goods Gabe, and in Furniture mattress and appliance, Cheryl. They were all super helpful the second I walked in. All I have to say is WOW This Women goes above and beyond she does it in a very friendly, timely manor never hesitates for a second when I ask questions never gets irritated or frustrated when I constantly ask her to check rates for me, print labels etc....at least doesn't show any signs of ughhh not her again or now what does this lady need whatever the case anyway I think you get the point.
