We use the Park Falls office and have had good experiences. Where the problem exist is if they don't have an answer for you they refer you to the Ladysmith office and this is a hassle. They will not answer their phones or call you back after you leave a voicemail. During my last call I was put on hold while someone physically went to look for the person they wanted me to talk to and when they returned they said they would try to expedite my call but was unable to find Judy or Michelle so hear I am still waiting to hear back. Two words to describe my latest experience…. BUYER BEWARE Called to set up propane delivery, was told they would deliver by Friday. They of course didn’t deliver and didn’t even call us to update us. Called them back and was told that the driver just couldn’t make it out there. They then offered to deliver on Saturday for an extra $200. Two more words to describe this experience.
