ON LAST WEEK TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY AT APPROXIMATLY 3:45 PM I HAD WORST AWFUL EXPERIENCED I WAS IN LINE APPROXIMATLY 15MINS UPON APPROACHING WINDOW SHE SAID TO ME WHAT IS YOUR ORDER I TOLD HER NO ONE CAME UP TO MY VEHICLE TO TAKE MY ORDER SHE SLAMMED WINDOW CAME BACK STATING YOU CUT THE LINE OH REALLY IM GROWN I DON'T CUT LINES SHE PROCEEDED IM GOING HAVE ASK YOU GO TO END LINE OR COME TO PORCH AREA THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO SPEAK TO ANY CUSTOMER IN THIS MANNER I DID PARK WENT TO WINDOW OK PLACED MY ORDER ANOTHER CUSTOMER APPROACHES WINDOW ASKING PLEASE MAY I HAVE MORE JUICE THIS SNOBALL JUST ICE PERSON AT WINDOW RUDE AS WELL I ALSO ASK FOR MORE JUICE MY SNOBALL ORDER BLACKBERRY AND COCONUT NO RESPONSE SHE TOOK SNOBALL NOT SURE IF SHE ADDED MORE JUICE OR NOT BY TIME I DROVE 2 BLOCKS AWAY SNOBALL HARD ICY CLUMP ICE I DID NOTICE LAST YEAR AND FEW MONTHS AGO SNOBALLS ARE NOT THE SAME ICE CLUMPY HARD NO LONGER SHAVED AND BANANAS OVER RIPE OR MOST TIME NO BANANAS I NO LONGER ORDER FROSTIES FOR THAT REASON I WILL WAIT FOR MANAGER RESPONSE! I go here often on my lunch break (11-ish am) and always get the same thing, a strawberry cheesecake snoball and nachos. Decided to come for an after dinner treat today (5:30-ish pm). I ordered all strawberry cheesecakes, and asked for an extra cheesecake on one. To my surprise only one of them had a cheesecake slice. Asked the guy at the window about it and he had an attitude "it's a flavor". Okay fine, but I want the cheesecake on all of them? Had to pay the extra for the other cones to have cheesecake on them, which is fine if that's how it is supposed to be. My problem is anytime I come here for lunch, I've never asked for them to put the cheesecake slice on there. They always hand me the snoball and the slice is there. I was very nice about asking about the cheesecakes when I received them without, so the attitude from the guy at the window was unnecessary, as if I was inconveniencing him. It’s near where I live so I always come here but out of the 8 times I’ve been, only 1 has been not as pleasant. It was busy, but I went around 7pm so expected. The lady came to our car to take our order & told us she will bring it out to us. We were about 5 cars behind the window, we only obtained our snowcone upon coming to the window & im guessing it was made when she took my order. It was watered down as if I was drinking it & just so warm! It just started making me feel more nauseous as I was hoping a cold snowcone would help me a bit being as my go to for aches is cold desserts! We turned back around in the parking lot & a different lady said “I made this awhile ago” with a confused face & I told her “but we just got it, not even a minute ago” & she redid the snowcone & it was fantastic!
