Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lafayette

Nearly 2 hours! That's how long it took to receive my order. The site stated 20-25 minutes. TWO HOURS! I called after an hour and they said mine was the next order up and it took another hour before it was delivered. I understand the employee shortage going on but don't post a delivery time that you can't meet.

I drove 14 hours and all I wanted was to have something for dinner. I'm diabetic so I ended up eating cookies and a banana the hotel staff gave me. By the time the food got to my hotel I didn't even want it so I gave it to the people at the front desk. $23.36 for a pepperoni pizza I didn't even eat. That included a $5 delivery fee and a tip.

NEVER AGAIN PIZZA HUT! Never again! You lost a loyal customer.

I ordered a large stuffed crust half cheese and half canadian bacon and pineapple. They told us it would take 45 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes we were deliver a medium hand tossed pepperoni pizza. Being that it is ash wednesday and I am a catholic I cannot eat meat. I called and told them that we were delivered the wrong pizza. The lady who answered the phone and claimed to be the manager told me that I would be placed at the bottom of deliveries and it would be 2 hours. She offered a credit, but not a refund. She told me I should just eat the pepperoni pizza, even after I explained that I cannot. I will never be ordering pizza here again. If there was a way to leave 0...

Terrible service. I’ve been waiting 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered after being told it would take 45 mins. I called the store manager about 50 mins ago he said someone came and knocked on my door but we didn’t answer I told him I was in my house I was would of heard a knock or someone ringing my doorbell He then went on to tell me Pizza Hut workers do not ring doorbells I asked for a refund he refused He’s sending another pizza and making me pay for it I don’t even want it anymore. Also when I visited the store & the workers smelled Burnt marijuana and had liquor on their breath Please do yourself a favor and never order from this dirty unreliable poor...
