This used to be one of my favorite places to come eat as you could get food at an affordable and reasonable price, I came in this last time and saw the specials on the board, tried to order one and was told that was no longer being sold as it was past lunch at 4. Even though it was advertised in the middle of the room as SATURDAY specials I was denied ordering a burrito, when I then opened the new style menus I was shocked by the prices of everything being raised by an alarming amount. There was no sign indicating menu change or price changes. I ordered delivery, i got quite a bit of food for a decent price! I ordered Birria Tacos, Mexican Style Chicken Tacos, Mexican Style Steak Tacos, and Nachos Beef. The birria is seasoned well. The consume looked a tad bit oily, but it was flavorful! The Grilled Chicken Tacos were really good, probably my favorite out of the order! Seasoned well and tender! The steak tacos were good! And finally, the Nachos. I asked for queso cheese jalapeños onions cilantro and pico de gallo! They put it together perfectly. My only grievance was it could've had a lot more queso! I usually do not post negative reviews but other than atmosphere, which was average, everything else was poor. The salsa that came with tortilla chips was tasting like marinara sauce, also was bland. When asked if they had a bit hot salsa, we were given hot thick chili pastethat literally felt like adding water to red chili powder. We ordered vegetarian choices. Two of our orders were ok, average taste. The third order of stuffed chili or something smelled stale, very oily, felt like fried in the same oil as fish or meat.
