Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Lafayette

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had here was tonight. We ordered a pizza and our total was $19 and some change. I rounded up to $20 even and had a cash tip waiting for the driver. We waited 40 minutes for our pizza which was our estimated wait time for delivery. The driver showed up 15 minutes later than the 40 minute delivery time and informed me that he “picked up extra deliveries because there was only a 70¢ tip” then proceeded to hand me our food. He then says “I see that cash in your hand, is that for me? To be honest I’m pretty upset about that 70¢ tip” so I handed him the cash and walked inside my house. We sit down to eat and find that our food is cold because he decided to postpone our delivery an extra 15 minutes due to a 70¢ tip being left on the card. I have already contacted the beck lane papa johns and spoke to the assistant manager on duty on 05/11/2019 at 12:38am. I am incredibly unhappy with the service provided by the papa johns’ restaurants here in town. Ordered online for 6:30 pick up, received a text at 5:25 that my order was ready. Called the Beck ln store was on hold for 17+ minutes, no one ever answered. Went into the store at 5:50+|- and the manager had a horrible attitude and was extremely RUDE!! I explained to her while still on “hold” that my order was for 6:30. She rudely stated that it’s done, I again explained its was for 6:30 pick up. She said she could void it, I said ok then you can remake it for 6:30. She informed me that after all the other orders were done she could remake mine, with an attitude. ABSOLUTELY NOT, ordering online for a specific time is on purpose. So, needless to say miss RUDE manager did NOT offer me a “fresh, hot & ready” Papa John’s pizza. The only thing I was going to be served was an old pizzas that would have been hard as a boot! Had her void my order and had to ask for a receipt showing it was voided. So someone else will be served the nasty old pizza. I waited over an hour for food. it never showed. when I called about it they said our driver knocked and left. there was never a knock. unless he barely tapped on my door. we never heard him. I'm anemic and have to eat when I'm hungry. as far as I'm concerned I'll never order anything from here ever again. it's pretty obvious based off the rest of the reviews this place just needs to be shut down. they didn't even offer to bring it to us. very crappy service. horrible.when I called, my food was STILL WITH THE DRIVER. and they wouldn't turn around to bring it to me.
