I have always had a great experience! Service is always friendly. However, my most recent visit was above & beyond!! I placed an online order quickly and, honestly didn't review it before clicking "Place Order" (Oops!) Turns out, I had mistakenly ordered WAAAAY more than I meant to. When I pull up to the drive thru window & the guy starts reading off my MASSIVE order, I realize that there's been a terrible mistake. I immediately tell him that I did not intentionally order that much food. (They already made everything😳) Assuming that I was gonna have to suck it up and just pay for everything that was ordered, I was totally shocked when he said "No worries! What did you actually want?" I told him & he started that he would just cancel the original order and get things straightened out. Then as he was giving me the food that I meant to order, he says... "We're gonna go ahead and let you have the rest of it, ma'am." I was so surprised and thankful!! I really appreciated their understanding...
Read moreWow. AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT ONLY AT ALL COSTS. So since this place opened we have looked the other way and put up with bad management poor service missing and/or numerous other issues(sometimes i dont even bother calling anymore for missing cheese etc.). And today is just the last nail in their coffin. After yet another issue ordering delivery via their app we called they said first try the app again and call us back we will take order via phone if you still get the same error. Ok we retried as you asked and wasted more time trying to order a pizza. After all that we called the store back to order they said they cant take my order Ive been trying to place for 20 min. now because its 11:00:58pm and the "system" shut down 58 seconds ago. What a joke. And that's coming from a customer from litterly day one when the strip mall was built in front of the new payless and store opened. I love pizza from Pizza hut. but I hate this one. Read moreTonight (09/29/24) my Fiance and I were trying to purchase dinner for a birthday event late after work; I placed this order at another location and had a terrible experience to say the least. We did not take the food but we did receive a credit from said store. Afterwards we had called the Beck LN location to see if they would transfer the credit seeing as we really didn’t want to use it at the store had a bad experience with. Unfortunately this is not their standard practice. However, after explaining what had happened the manager working tonight (Dylan) expressed extreme hospitality as well as a sincere apology & offered to remake our order at no cost of our own to provide a better experience. When we went in to pick up the food at Beck LN it was hot, made with love, and executed in a timely manner! Dylan even surprised us with cinnamon rolls! 10/10 the best experience I’ve had with a local restaurant in YEARS! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE 😁🙌🏼
