Subway — Restaurant in Lafayette

I placed an order through Doordash only to have the Doordash driver call me from the store to tell me that apparently the whole entire restaurant was out of chicken. So I chose a different sandwich. I had ordered 4 sandwiches total, 3 of which were incomplete and missing items. The biggest one was a foot long Meatball Marinara sub with not a single damn meatball on it!!!! It was a foot long piece of bread with some cheese on it. Are you kidding me? Are the children who run that place seriously that dense? This store is pathetic and always has been. They change managers like normal people change underwear and the owners simply do not care. I am done with this restaurant.. The Veterans Memorial Parkway location is my new go to.

UPDATE: I contacted corporate and they were extremely angry with my situation. They assured me that the owner will be contacted and personal training sessions as well as reprimands for the specific employees who were in charge of my order will occur. Waited 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches to be made. I remained docile for a while seeing as the gentleman making my sandwich seemed to be really invested. After paying, I did not feel the need to wait another few minutes for him to write on both labels of the sandwiches so I told him. "It's alright you don't need to write on both, she'll see the veggie and we'll go from there." And some other kid working alongside him had the audacity to become confrontational and personal with me, rather than handle things in a professional manner. Went on a rant about how he has special needs and then proceeded to claim I was the one with the attitude? I never patronized this man. Whether the timeliness was terrible or not, I kept a reasonable amount of patience with this ridiculously slow process. Poor customer,service. When I walked in, I was the only customer but anoter man followed me in. Two crew members come from the back and do not great us, but just stair at me while putting gloves on. Starts making my salad, and when he slid over to the veggies he just stared at me. Didnt ask what else I wanted, just stared until I realized he was waiting for me. The man behind me and myself got served with no issues. The woman working makes her own food and proceeds to sit down while 6 people walk in. There is one (obviously new) guy on the counter and she is sitting down eating. The set up of this store works very well to have two people on the line, but she just sat there eating and playing on her phone. Anyone who has worked in this type of restaruant knows that you dont eat until the customers are served, and if you MUST eat at that exact time, go where customers cant see you ignoring them.
