ZERO STARS OUT OF FIVE.
I had a terrible experience at Little Caesars. The pizza was an absolute disaster. The crust was the first red flag—it was both hard and chewy at the same time, which is a very odd combination. It felt like biting into a piece of cardboard that had been left out for too long. It didn’t have that nice, crispy exterior or the fluffy interior that you’d expect from a good pizza crust.
The cheese was another major letdown. Instead of being gooey and stringy, it was rubbery and tough. It didn’t melt properly and seemed to just sit on top of the pizza in a congealed, unappetizing layer. It had a strange, almost plastic-like texture that made it unpleasant to chew.
The toppings were sparse and poorly distributed. There were patches of the pizza that had no toppings at all, while other parts were overloaded. The pepperoni, which is usually a highlight, was greasy and tasted off. It had a weird, almost metallic aftertaste that was really off-putting. The vegetables, where present, were limp and flavorless, as if they had been sitting out for far too long.
The sauce was another issue. It was overly sweet and had a weird, artificial taste to it. It didn’t have the rich, savory flavor that you’d expect from a good tomato sauce. Instead, it tasted like it came straight out of a can, with no effort put into seasoning or flavoring it properly.
Overall, the pizza was a complete mess. It was dry in some parts and soggy in others, making it almost inedible. Each bite was a struggle, and I couldn’t even finish a single slice. It was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.
The service was horrible. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. They were slow to take orders and even slower to prepare the food. When I finally received my order, it was lukewarm at best. The employees were not friendly or helpful, and they acted as if they couldn't care less about the customers.
When I walked into Little Caesars, the first thing that hit me was this overwhelming, unpleasant smell. It was a potent combination of stale grease and old cheese, with a sour undertone that made it almost nauseating. The smell was so strong that it permeated the entire dining area, making it difficult to enjoy any part of the meal.
This odor made me question the cleanliness of the restaurant. It felt like the place hadn't been properly cleaned in a while, and the poor ventilation only made things worse. The smell stuck to my clothes and lingered long after I left, which was really off-putting.
In a restaurant, you expect a pleasant aroma that makes you excited to eat, but this was the complete opposite. It was so bad that it overshadowed any potential enjoyment of the food, which was already subpar. This kind of environment not only affects the dining experience but also raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.
After eating the pizza, I felt extremely sick and I think it gave me lupus. Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease where the body's immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissue, causing widespread inflammation and damage. This can affect various parts of the body including the joints, skin, kidneys, heart, lungs, blood cells, and brain. Symptoms can vary but often include severe fatigue, joint pain and swelling, headaches, a butterfly-shaped rash across the cheeks and nose, hair loss, anemia, and more. It's a debilitating condition that requires ongoing medical treatment and can significantly impact a person's quality of life. Managing lupus often involves a combination of medications, lifestyle changes, and regular monitoring by healthcare professionals.

Read moreI placed an online order at 7:03pm EST (Transaction Reference #411732297) the email receipt stated the 2 pepperoni pizzas would be ready between 7:45-7:50. I arrived at the location at 7:47 and the pizzas had not gone into the oven. 2 customers placed orders at the counter and were told it would be 15-20 mins for their food. I had already waited for 40 minutes. I was greeted by a woman and asked my name and she said it should be too much longer. Approximately 8:05, I looked again at the woman and said it has been almost and hour and 20 mins. She came to help, and handed me to 2 pepperoni pizzas that had been on the counter since I arrived.
I told her I wanted the fresh 2 that just came out of the oven. A young man walked up and stated that he was in charge, but just got there so didn't know what was going on. He had a smug smirk on his face.
She and he argued about the fresh pizzas before finally getting the fresh ones. When I asked for a refund for the wait, he said, "you can give me the pizzas back, but you can't have your money and the pizza". I asked who his supervisor was, and he told me "I don't get to know that". He said, you can have my name and that is it, he then began to spell his first, middle, and last name, which I believe was Remondo Salazar, while maintaining the same smug grin.
I would like to be contacted by the District manager Brittany, as this sort of issue is due to culture in a location, and is likely...

Last night we order just a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread on the app. When I arrived, the lobby was packed and they were not taking any in person orders. Some people had been waiting close to an hour and a half past the time the app said their order was ready. Pizzas kept coming out of the oven, but they were not being brought to the front and just left in boxes on the counter. At one point I counted 30 pizzas boxed but not in warmers. On top of the 30 on the counter, there were probably 15 in the warmers but not getting handed out. In the hour I was waiting at the store, it is not an exaggeration to say only 10 pizzas went out the door. It had gotten so bad that some of us in the lobby offered to help get pizzas out.
During the whole time, there were no apologies, explanations for why it took so long, or offers to rectify the situation. The kicker of it all was once we got our pizza and crazy bread, the pizza was cold and crazy bread was hard and over cooked. We will drive the extra distance to go to a different Little Caesar’s store...
