I wish I didn’t have to post this…. Normally I let bad service go, but PJs quality control at this location has diminished so rapidly I have to warn others. This order takes place on the 8th of February 2025 at 01:20(which even though i paid for in card and was not given a receipt for, so I can’t even show you) was mind blowing. These pictures were taken 3 minutes after being given them. And if we’re up to my wife she would have gone inside. The powdered sugar was put at the bottom of the bag?????? And the beignets were lazily placed on top. The caramel velvet ice was watery and didn’t have the whipped cream as it’s supposed to. On top of all of this, we paid for the drink with a 1 free drink coupon that was given to us last time because of the mess up involving ordering and paying for 6 beignets, and only being given 3. I was driving last time and didn’t notice, but as I left, my wife pointed out there was only 3 and I had to loop around again to tell them their mistake. Very disappointing. Until they fix their problems with quality control I won’t...
Read moreHad a recent experience at this coffee shop ( on week end) that made me question their safety measures.
Was there with a friend when we witnessed a concerning incident involving another customer. Let's just say he was behaving inappropriately in public. We told the staff right away and asked for help. The police came, which was a relief, but things got a bit confusing when we understood that the owner went off to the police station instead of coming to the coffee shop where the police officer expected to see her.
What bothered me most was that after the incident, nobody from the coffee shop bothered to check on us or give us updates on how things were being handled. Plus my understanding is that this type of incident happened before in that coffee shop.
While the coffee is decent, I am not sure I would recommend this place, especially on quieter weekends. They really need to step up their...
Read moreI hate to rate our experience at a 2, but we have been here for 15 minutes in the drive in line. They first didn't hear our order so we had to reorder at the window. Then they came back to the window to tell us they didn't have our sandwich. They didn't know what sandwiches were left so they had to leave the window again. When they came back they then asked us to pull up to the front and wait. We were still there 20 minutes later.
There are too many coffee shops in Lafayette to be running the business at this pace. They won't stay open long if the manager doesn't figure out a way to improve the logistics. Coffee was good!! Sandwiches microwaved and very soggy. Hope they improve their services soon. We like to...
