I did an online delivery order from this Subway restaurant. When the order was delivered, it was missing a bag of chips. When I contacted the restaurant to inform them the order delivered was missing the bag of chips they blamed the DoorDash deliverer for not including the bag of chips in my order. Really? I would expect Subway and not the DoorDash deliverer to ensure the order was packed correctly. This restaurant also refused to provide a Credit to my credit card because they said they can not provide credits to orders delivered by delivery services like DoorDash. I would definitely not do an online delivery orders from this Subway restaurant...

How can you serve someone an ice cold sandwich. I wouldnt recommended this Subway to any one, he wanted to take all the ingredients with the chipotle on it and put back in oven and warm over. Oh no sir. Then when asked to speak to the manager he states he the manager then asked who was over him he stated he's the owner. I usually go here often and never have my bread toasted. I will look elsewhere for lunch. We try again in a month. If he waits on me again, I'll just walk out. Note: usually on phone with ear buds.
