Wendy's — Restaurant in Lafayette

Absolutely disgusting and employee need to find something else if they aren't happy with their job. I hope they never forget it's the customers that pay their wage. Without customers you won't make a red cent! Went to order and stood up there at least 3-5 minutes before getting acknowledged. They while waiting I decide to go to the restroom and the female worker was sitting on the commode with the door open and I just ignored her and went to the other stall and about faced because someone left 🩸on the seat 🤢 and as I was walking out she told me that I'm the only female employee working so please overlook me. Then she came out the restroom to wait on us and then she decide to go and clean the restroom before waiting on us. So we looked at each other and decide to walk out. I don't understand the concept, your unhappy and not willing to pull your load, stay home or go find...

I don't ever write reviews . But something just happened that was absolutely unacceptable that I want people to be aware of. My mom and I just ordered Wendy's via DoorDash and while we had issues with Doordash that are unrelated to Wendy's, this does not excuse the quality of our food when we recieved it. The missing order of fries aside, no one should EVER bite down on something rock hard when they're biting into a chicken nugget. Which is exactly what I experienced!! I've never spit food out so fast in my entire life. Fortunately whatever it was that I bit into did not break my tooth. I do not want anything other than for people to seriously rethink choosing Wendy's when they're hungry and for Wendy's to be more conscious about what they're serving. Where the situation certainly could have been worse. It could have been a WHOLE...

Stood at the counter and waited for someone to even acknowledge I was standing there. One employee leaning against a warmer just looking at me and another with a headset doing his own thing. Finally asked if anybody was working the counter, and was told “She’ll be up here in a minute”. I asked when? One of them went to a back office and got a female employee who was playing on her cell phone. When she came up to the counter, she asked what I wanted. I said I wanted her name and corporate office number. She smarted off with some name and said she didn’t know “no corporate office number” as she walked away.
