If you’re looking for delicious, authentic Japanese food from a friendly local spot, this food truck is an absolute must try! 😋 The team here is so welcoming and kind, they make you feel like family every time you stop by.
Their chicken teriyaki is hands-down the best I’ve had. The portion is super generous, easily enough to share with someone and the sauce is perfectly sweet and savory. It’s one of those comfort meals you’ll crave again and again. The Takoyaki (Deep fried ball-shaped cake with diced octopus. Topped with fish flakes, green onions, sesame and seeds. It comes with 5 big pieces is soooo good, I definitely recommend getting that if you come here!
But my personal favorite is the Seeda Spicy Soup — their take on hot & sour soup. It’s packed with soft tofu, enoki mushrooms, bamboo slenders, green onions, egg, and crispy fried garlic, all in a rich, flavorful broth that has the perfect amount of spice. It’s warming, satisfying, and so unique!
Everything is made fresh, with care, love and you can really taste the quality in every bite. Whether you’re grabbing lunch or looking for a cozy dinner, this food truck always hits the spot. I definitely recommend coming out and supporting this amazing local gem, your taste buds will thank...
Read moreI ordered the seeda chili chicken, and the food was mediocre. Before I begin to rant, I want to say that the portion size is good. There's nothing to hate there. On to the food. The chicken tasted very similar to Any’tizers® Crispy Boneless Chicken Bites. The sauce used on the chicken and salad left a very odd sour after taste in my mouth. I didn't even finish half when I decided not to eat the rest. The rice had an undercooked taste to it. It even had the texture of undercooked rice, so I'm not exaggerating. "Iced tea" is just a small gold peak sweat tea so I was very disappointed at that. Change how that is advertised because if I wanted a small gold peak,I would have just stopped by a gas station and...
Read moreI was looking at menus for about an hour before I finally decided to go to a nearby restaurant. Unfortunately their menu was totally different than the one online so I looked up my second choice which happened to be in the same food park. When looking for them to get directions I saw Seeda, which didn’t show up previously since I was looking up “open now” options. I’m so happy that the other place’s menu was different causing me to leave because this was the best meal I’ve had while on vacation! I was so angry at the other place but this is such good food I’m not mad because I would’ve never found Seeda if it wasn’t for the other place’s mess up. The gyoza was so hot and crispy,...
