This is the gold standard of breakfast tacos. Not just in LV (which has some other amazing ones), but in most of my time in Austin area (20 years). The service is amazing, the amount of food is amazing and the taste can’t be overstated. Make sure to ask for the hottest salsa (orange) if you’re into pain. Love this place! 3 year old for size reference. Update: now I’m obsessed with their fajita Gordita. Omg, it’s gonna make me a gordito! Amazing service as always

Even the tortillas and salsa are freshly made.😮 They have, undoubtedly, the BEST refried beans you will EVER eat, anywhere!!! YUMMMMMMY! 🤤 EVERYTHING is delicious here!!! The employees are sweet and very hard workers. 💛 They recently added brisket for breakfast tacos. Absolutely delicious!!!

OMG this place is bomb! I'm going out of my way to write a review bc they deserve it. My wife and I have been working our way through the menu over the past couple years. My go to's are the Baleada Especial (mind blowing hangover cure of a large homemade flour tortilla stuffed with refried beans, scrambled eggs, carne asada, fresh avocado slices, and a creamy sauce) and the Tacos Hondureños (5 flautas stuffed with pulled chicken and topped with fresh pico and thinly shaved cabbage served with sides of creamy sauce and consume). Honestly, everything we've tried is solid - barbacoa, pastor, papusas, etc. And their green salsa is something to admire. Support this fantastic food truck and the wonderful people that work there. They are so kind and provide an amazing food option for us...

IMO Just okay. If you're desperate and don't care about flavor or getting your order right.

Every time I ordered something other than breakfast tacos, my order is wrong. Ask for no potatoes and you get extra potatoes. Sauces and salsa are almost tasteless. Based off the reviews I keep thinking maybe I'm wrong or it was an off day for them and try again. Disappointed every time.

The only decent food in Lago Vista are the food...
