They are very nice at this place but if you come in with a mobile order pick up or even just front counter, ordering, they prioritize drive-through over you. So drive-through gets her drink with under three minutes. You’re standing there waiting 10 to 15 minutes to get your order for just one drink. I was late for work because they were too focused on drive-through I would not fulfill the front counter orders. They’re very nice. They just prioritize the wrong things at the wrong time. Yesterday I had a slight of an incident. I found a hard piece of plastic in my drink, I’m not really sure what it was from. I assumed the straw, but it wasn’t from there. Had to call corporate and everything. Once I had the right person it went so smoothly. I will any day tell you to go to the Starbucks over the one on Parkway because this one is normally a lot quicker in the drive-through while parkway is quicker inside. I am old school and believe that service should be provided before a tip is earned. And I believe it is incumbent that especially a restaurant should adhere to a standard of cleanliness. This location almost never wipes the outdoor counter down and during pollen season it becomes yellow and dirty.
Demanding tips in a surly voice and attitude with the order passed across a dirty counter is not a way to win customer loyalty and it surely makes me tip...

First time I asked for NO ice. They filled my coffee with ice. I didnt have time to wait for a remake or I would be late for work. Second time, they didnt put honey in my drink. Third time, they didnt put sugar free vanilla syrup and the guy at the window tells me next time to stop at the order box before coming to the window(even though nobody was in the drive thru and I was just picking up my order), when I was told the time before I didnt need to stop there, just pull up.
