i used to be a partner at this starbucks for two years. the least of what i have to say is that i never treated the customers the way that i get treated when i go into the store. all of the partners are so rude, they never say hi, theyre never friendly. last week i was standing at the register waiting to be helped while a ton of partners on the floor were ignoring me they then helped the lady behind me in line! needless to say i walked out of the store. today i ordered three ice waters and though the store wasnt busy and there were four baristas on the floor i had to wait 10 mins for my water and when it was finally handed off, the tall long hair kid didnt even say anything, put the waters on the counter and told me âyour welcomeâ. these are not the standards that i would allow from my partners at my store. now im not some disgruntled employee leaving a bad review, im a shift lead that knows better. these are genuine bad experiences that ive had at marina hills...
   Read moreOk, this is like the 5th time in one month that you guys messed up my drinks, most associates here are not friendly and they SIMPLY ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION to what the order READS about the drink, does this look like extra caramel drizzle? I asked to line cup with caramel sauce too and is on order. I sent my husband to pick up order so he didnât know it wasnât made right until he got home and I told him. I come here at least 3x per week , Iâm always scare of getting my drink NOT the way I ordered it and I had enough of the inconsideration of employees not making drinks âmy wayâ. No customer service when theyâre not making drinks correctly and is a reflection of the manager. I had it with the unprofessional donât care attitude from this store! I will give you guys zero stars but google doesnât let me post this unless I have one and your customer services needs...

While the specifics of the encounter are not worth the time to regurgitate, it was the unprofessional and rude conduct of Jess that made the situation so appalling. Thankfully, a fellow employee, Kat, recognized the unprofessional and rude conduct of her colleague and tried to quell the situation. Kat's efforts are to be applauded while Jess's actions are to be denounced.
