This is a small pool bar outside the main pool for Port Orleans French Quarter. The liquor selection is limited with a few beers on tap and in bottles/cans plus some food is also available. The big attraction is an amazing bartender with a very loyal following. Sitting at the bar you'll see people waving and yelling hello to Shelly like she's part of the family as they pass by. People come and go and the chatter continues like everyone is known, even though it's in one of the busiest tourist destinations on earth.
