Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Lake Butler

I accidentally made an order for Lake Butler yesterday, I called as soon as I realized the error, unfortunately, it was when I was at the Gainesville location I normally use. I called immediately, spoke to an employee and then a shift manager, was given the Main Managers name and that they took down my name and number, regarding canceling and a refund. I just spoke to the Main Manager and she curtly replied to my request that "once and order is made, there is nothing they can do about cancel/refund and as a matter of fact the order is still sitting on their shelf" I replied that had I been told that the food would just be left sitting to waste that I would have had family in the area of the store come get it and eat it instead of being wasteful. I will not order from this store again just...

This pizzeria was great. It was my first time ordering from them since I don't live in Lake Butler. It took me about 45 minutes to get there, but the food was still hot. I ordered several pizzas and a Howie Roll. For the pizzas, I was offered many choices of crusts, cheeses, and toppings, and each large 1-topping pie was only $7.99. If you don't get meat, you can get extra cheese for the same price. Everything was great, and the Howie Roll was excellent. It was a delicious and generously sized stromboli for only $3.99.

The store was extra clean, which was apparent as soon as I walked in, even the corners. The clerk was also super friendly and smiley. She was very personable. Next time I'm in Lake Butler or passing through, I'll definitely stop by for...

See the end of review.....I drive all the way from Lawtey for bread sticks (garlic&herb, no butter parm cheese only) and every time it is wrong! What part don't you get? Herb and Garlic.... NO BUTTER, PARMESAN CHEESE ONLY!. the first time they made it over, second time they were closing and I thought by me walking in and ordering they would hear it straight from my mouth it would be right so I didn't check it till I got home. :( .......I went back the next morning and told/showed them the mistake, they were very apologetic and remade my bread for me!
