Dear Owner, I already know going to that website to turn it in isn't going to do any good. After the pandemic places are literally desperate for employees. So people like the gal I was talking about the other night get away with treating customers like that & even worse! My review was more for you to go let her know that she ought to look into a new career option if she hates working for the public. Customers who come there in a good mood hungry honestly don't deserve to deal with her bad vibes & hateful attitude. I suggest she gives house keeping & janitorial work a try. That cleaning company is always in need of workers. So was giving her a suggestion. I am just going to say that when robots start taking over the jobs humans take for granted I will personally be happy. People fail to realize how blessed they truly are. No, fast food is not perfect. However, in fastfood these days you will more likely make more than minimum wage & you can have income coming in to pay what is needed to survive. I literally have seen the majority of people living on the streets increase after the hurricanes Laura & Delta. So your employees definitely should count their blessings. They need to understand that gratitude helps with manifesting positive things in their own lives. However, if they fail to realize that then that is them being effected in the long run. All they're doing is hurting themselves. So yeah tell any employee you have who is rude to the customers to just go find employment elsewhere. Then while at it see about investing into some artificial intelligence that can do the job far better than any of us can! However, the staff doesn't listen to you, won't help you to figure out which way of ordering gives you more for your money and they rush you through like a hurd of cattle when there are no other vehicles in either lane and no one at the walk up window. Needless to say, they messed up my order by charging me for medium size order and giving me the small sized order. I understand wanting or needing to be fast. But what good is fast when you totally mess the order up and make your customers not want to go back to watch you make a total fool of yourself?    Read moreI drove all the way down here from TX excited to get a burger from Checkers! I ordered two burgers, paid extra for bacon, they give me a chicken sandwich with no bacon and 1 burger. The fries were dripping grease and dark brown like theyâve been sitting in the fryer for hours. Im across the bridge On my way to Sulphur, so I decided to call instead, the manager refuses to process my refund for the bacon without seeing the chicken sandwich that I never ordered. She doesnât even give us the option to come back another time with our receipt! No help whatsoever, she actually caught an attitude like itâs my fault you're handing out the wrong food! There was no accountability, no apologies, and definitely no recourse! The manager is horrible, she really just has no professionalism and I feel sorry for the staff who has to work for her.
