Update: April 2025 Crawfish are still great l, but I would note that either the town has closed the gap in terms of flavor or this place has lost its edge. I would say it’s on par with the better places in town and no longer above all the competition.

This was the first time that I’ve visited for quite some time and my impression was that the business has mild contempt for its customers. There is a big sign on the cash register that states they are not responsible for missing items from your bag once you leave. It appears order accuracy has become such an issue that required a sign disclaiming any accountability for missing items if you didn’t thoroughly examine your bag before leaving. It makes me think twice about placing large or complicated orders here and was confirmed. My instincts were confirmed when I saw a customer having to request more items to make sure their order was correct. There was another sign on the credit card machine stating a 4% surcharge is added. Shifting the onus on customers for business expenses and employee duties doesn’t feel very welcoming.

During my interaction, someone ahead of me was trying to order some boiled shrimp. Apparently you can only order shrimp when it comes with some platter which is pretty wild. This added several minutes to their ordering time to find an appropriate work around for them to order what they needed.

I went through drive thru and got 13 pounds last night. I was disappointed they was very dry I’m not sure if it’s different owners are what but it’s not the same . They have never been this dry I drive 2 hrs 4 times a month to come get crawfish . This was my first time this season and I won’t be coming back a lot is different. Flavor use to be inside and not just Tony’s sprinkled on the outside shell I hate it this was my favorite place ! A dedicated customer of 5 years guess it was good while it lasted 😢 Response to owner: I stated I drove two hours from Texas and went in drive thru so I didn’t see or taste what I had got until I got home 2hrs later ! Great service. Mud bugs were great. Quite a few large ones considering the winter we had. Honey B is always our go to for crawfish. Last visit was for my nephew's birthday(we've been there every year for that celebration for the last several years). He was given a choice for his birthday meal to go to another location that had more of a selection so others could have more options than crawfish (buffet with crawfish) Nope! Wasn't happening. Honey B or bust. Definitely no objections from his uncle. And the boiled shrimp were huge and cooked and seasoned perfectly.
