Cyclo Donuts — Restaurant in Lake Charles

Honestly was disappointed. I ordered a Kolache, a sausage egg and cheese croissant and 3 glazed donuts. The Kolache was fine, it tasted as if it was premade and just heated, but it wasn't bad. The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant you could tell was cooked there, the sausage separate from the sandwich was tasty, but the sandwich overall was again, just fine. If I just ordered those, I probably wouldn't have left this review. However, the glazed donut I got was almost bad, and I arrived right after they opened, just after 4am. I'm sure I was the first or second customer of the morning. It was very thick and doughy, I can certainly see why some people may prefer this style, but it was just too thick and gooey for how I prefer my donuts, which is why I can't give it lower than 3 stars. However, with the plethora of donut options in this area, I will probably not...

I love this place! They have my favorite donut pastry selections. Their food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. Their prices are great and aren’t price gouged like other places. We always get donut holes, boudin kolaches, and cake donuts. They are updating their menu and I’m so excited! They have boba tea now! I ordered matcha and it was Amazing! Finally there is more diversity in Lake Charles that serves treats you normally can’t find locally....

We went in expecting to not see a whole lot of options given they close at 1 and it was after 12.

When we walked in there was a very large selection of donuts, kolaches, and more.

We got a good selection of their donut options and it cost less than 20$ and we are so grateful! They're delicious and the lady was so friendly. We will definitely go back here and definitely...
