From the outside, this place looks small but once inside it opens up to a massive warehouse with more than enough dress options in every color, shape, size imaginable. We were able to find my daughter the perfect prom dress while there.

My only feedback is to the owner: as a business owner myself (in a different industry) we probably share the pain of how hard it is to find quality employees. As I sat there outside of the dressing room I was watching the interaction of the young girls working there. There was this ONE lone star young worker that was giving her 100% trying to welcome customers, check out customers, and keep the staff in the dressing room area in line. I didn’t catch her name, sorry. She is you star employee!! The rest of those girls working in the back were giggling and cutting up like it was a teen slumber party. I even corrected them at one point when they wrote the wrong name on the dressing room door of some random person that came in at one point. They loooked like a bunch of “bad news bears” back there goofing off and falling over each other in fits of laughter. Good luck managing that! Stopped in to look at their shoe selection and left with a dress ordered and assurance it will arrive in time for my event. The dress arrived quickly (with enough time for my seamstress friend to make alteration to hem and sleeve lengths). Their huge inventory offers a myriad of choices from Mardi Gras ball to wedding to pageant. But what made all the difference was the service. I shopped on a weekday during the middle of day and got all the benefit of three helpful employees. They allowed me time and space to select dresses from racks without hovering and gave me feedback when I asked for opinions. Plus, they offered to take a photo of me in the dress which was very helpful for later reference. ABSOLUTELY amazing customer service. My friend had a very last-minute wedding Which was only four days away. We had gone to other places, but nobody was willing to help and was very rude. We ended up finding this place by the grace of God and let me just say that the staff here was very welcoming and service. We appreciate them With helping us choose a dress. To her budget very last-minute They helped us so much that we went under the budget, which is very much appreciated. They had a variety of dresses to choose from, and my friend was able to say yes to the dress! I’d like to think the staff for helping us out And having a very good attitude and great customer.
