Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Charles

Terrible Place (is an understatement)

I drove down to the dominos immediately after a wedding. It was 10:35 pm and the Open sign was still facing out. The door was locked, and after I tried the door the four employees inside stared at me and turned the lights off! One lady went around to the pick up window - without even beckoning me - and waited. I explained I wanted to order a pizza, and she said thy close at 11 pm and the ovens were already off and the stuff was put up. I told her Google indicates that they were opened until 1 am, and she made some weird excuse as to why they close at 11. I asked if there was any place I COULD get a pizza and she gave some vague description of a Casey's down the street that sold pizza.

Do you mean to tell me that there is only one Dominos in Lake Charles, and this was the best a national chain can do!?? I was well dressed and polite, but was treated with suspicion and mild contempt! After doing another Google search I found one on Lake Street and they were amazing.

Horrible service. Ordered my pizza at 4:00 pm for 6:30 pm last night. Went to pick up at that time and it wasn’t ready. That’s fine. I waited in the drive through for another 20 min. Pull up to the second drive thru pick up window and the person working that window asks for my name and tells me it still isn’t ready. That the pizza is ready to come out of the oven. I continue to wait another 15 minutes. I ask where my pizza is. The worker asks for my name once AGAIN and goes to check. She comes back and tells me they’re remaking my order fresh. I said “ how can they remake my order when I never had it in the first place” and then I said “ so basically they’re just now making it” she tells me yes. I ask for my money back. I didn’t have the time to sit at dominos all night long. No apology... no nothing. They could’ve not cared less. The employees at this location are not competent. They literally all should be fired. Not organized whatsoever. Will...

This place us very unpleasant. My husband and I went to pick up our order and we was told someone already picked it up. My husband showed the guy where we place the online order and had his confirmation. They persist to tell us someone picked it up. Instead of admitting that they gave the our order away to soneone else and they would be more than happy to remake our order they kept playing games so we left. So we order again from this location why idk. Across town dominoes is way better. We order no sauce i can't have the sauce due to high blood pressure since i had my baby a month ago. So my husband pay and comes home guess what it has sauce. He calls and the manager tells him he changed it to sauce because they couldn't due no sauce WOW really then why online it gives you the option of no sauce. And why you did tell my husband you changed our order before he paid and left and who gave you the right to change. Poor service...
