"My experience at Pappays was not what I expected. Unfortunately, the treatment I received from the staff was quite rude. The lady who served me did not even look me in the eye and her tone of voice was very loud and strict. She made me wait to the side for a long time without showing patience towards the customers.

The food was great the problem was that we ordered 3 large mashed potatoes and they were about half full. They didn’t fill them all the way so we paid for 3 large and maybe got 1 1/2 total if we put them all together. Really crappy of them! When you spend 75 bucks you expect to get everything full! General manager charging 25 cents per honey packet is absurd. Just to make sure it wasn’t a company wide thing, I traveled to another location and they were shocked that this location was charging for honey. I understand limiting the amount of honey you give to customers but charging 25 cents per pack is crazy. The guy at the window said, “four for one dollar.” Like are yall for real?
