My recent visit to McDonald's was nothing short of a frustrating ordeal. After waiting for an excruciating ten minutes in the drive-thru line, I was met with the excuse that they were in the process of transitioning from breakfast to lunch. While this transition may be a logistical challenge, it doesn't justify leaving customers in the dark and subjecting them to such lengthy delays.
Furthermore, it seems like a roll of the dice to receive a correct order at this particular McDonald's. On numerous occasions, my order has been muddled or incomplete. It's baffling that a restaurant of this caliber can't seem to get the basics right.
The staff's attitude was equally disheartening. I encountered employees who appeared disinterested and lacking motivation, completely neglecting their job responsibilities. It's both sad and frustrating to witness such a glaring disregard for basic customer service.
My overall impression of this McDonald's location is one of profound disappointment. I sincerely hope they take steps to improve their service quality and efficiency soon. It's disheartening to witness a well-known fast-food chain consistently fall short of even the most basic customer...
Read moreThis is the worst McDonald's I have ever been, first of all after been in the line for about 15 to 20 minutes waiting, the girl who is taking the order in the drive thru took 3 orders from the same line instead of switching to one and one , and when I finally pulled up to the window I told her what she was doing and she gave me attitude like it was my fault she was doing her job wrong, but if it wasn't enough I ordered 2 McChickens, just 2 McChickens and when I go to the next window they told me that I have to wait aside EVEN MORE for "2 McChickens" And I know how it works there cause I used to work in a McDonald's and you're supposed to have always food ready and the salon was empty so is not like it was a rush hour or anything they just did it on purpose, and they took so long I actually had to get out of my car and go inside to make sure they were preparing my food, I had to ask for my money back cause I wasn't hungry anymore of how upset I was and the manager saw everything and didn't care a bit about it, worst experience so far in a McDonald's worst customer service ever, the owner of the place should train his employees better, but for sure I won't be...
Read moreThey have no idea about mobile order. I came through drive thru. As an instruction from McDonald's app that we tell our mobile order # at speaker. We did. She said you have go to next window to tell us. It's unusual because I'm visiting here from Pennsylvania. I've done this millions of times. No one tells me go to next window and tell them mobile order. So I went to next window and she said show me bar code as she held the scanner. I was like WTF. I showed her mobile order #. I told her just type # on the computer. They were completely lost. My nephew accidentally clicked pick up inside. It changed because now I have to go inside. So I parked and went in. I told them we are not eating here. We take food out. He understood and asks to repeat my orders at his computer screen. I was confused. It turned out they are making new order off me. I repeated that I already made the order and my order # is on the screen "processing". It took the manager long to understand I already paid it via mobile app. We left. We would left 30 minutes earlier if woman at drive thru knew where to type mobile order #. They all need to train how to deal with...
