I've only been to this location on two occasions. The first time was a pleasant experience. Today, however, was not. I visited around 9AM this morning. No one was in the drive-thru and no customers were inside, either. I entered the business and didn't see anyone working out front. I stood at the counter and caught movement in my peripheral vision. A young lady was in the back looking at her phone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, assuming that she was handling something important. I waited patiently while she looked at her phone. Another person entered the business and the young lady looked at her and said, "Three customers since you left." Then the other girl whispered that there was a customer up front. The young lady looked at me, came up, and asked if she could help me. I ordered my coffee, received it quickly, and the lady mumbled something about the window. I'm assuming she meant the drive-thru. The coffee was good and I would have completely let the long wait be ignored had the young lady simply apologized or, at the very least, acknowledged that she didn't see me. Instead, she said nothing. Another customer entered right after I received my order, and he was quickly assisted by the other employee.    Read moreWalking in, the location is very clean and friendly. I love the atmosphere here. Hands down 10/10. The prices of the coffee are your typical pricing. You are greeted with a sign to download the mobile app for a discount. The app is very easy to use.
After ordering, I would suggest to let them know when you arrive. Even though the app does not state for you to check in, and it gives you a time for pick up. After 5 minutes after the pick up time, I finally said something. There was only one girl working. She was taking care of both the drive through AND inside. She did great for everything she was doing. The only complaint towards her I had was maybe checking in with us. She assumed we were just waiting for someone or something. However, being short staffed was not her fault. Maybe thereâs another worker, but they werenât present. So I felt bad. Customer service is a big deal for me. Definitely a make or break in my reviews.

I ordered the caramel cream latte and got charged for whipped cream and they didnât put any on there. I ordered a large king cake velvet ice and Iâm pretty sure they charged me for whipped cream and they were supposed to put it on the drink anyways. They didnât even put the king cake dust. The drink didnât taste like they put any flavoring either, and if I wasnât in a rush to get home I wouldâve gotten a refund. It also took me 5 mins to tell her my order because their speaker is broken and they just keep repeating âI canât hear youâ even if youâre yelling your order.
