Subway — Restaurant in Lake Charles

I try and give proper context when writing a review so I will say that the hurricane happened two months ago and this might have affected what I am about to say. The staff is fine and the people are friendly but I ordered here about 4 times now twice my order my wrong and all 4 times the bread has been stale. The subway on Nelson inside of Walmart is much better but I thought because this place is closer to my house and has a drive thru So when I place order on the app I just swing thru and it’s super convenient and fast when I’m on my lunch break. Ordered twice on the app, for the correct location because the app gave us an error the first time after loading for 2 minutes. Bank account was charged twice. And they still refused to make the sandwich. 9 months pregnant and it was the first full meal I would have ate all day.

Besides the terrible customer service, the restaurant was filthy. It was obvious they did the bare minimum when cleaning and the food looked like it had flies eating on it all day. Ended up going to the Ryan st subway and a completely different experience. They will now become the subway to eat at.

Prien lake subway, not even sure how...

I just ate a delicious sandwich foot long sub from your store on Prien Lake Rd. It was the hot honey crunch chicken and creamy siracho sauce sub. It was de--licious !! Thanks to the young man who served me at the window, too, he is very polite and has a great attitude and sense of humor !! Thanking him for the best super Sub I've ever eaten and will spread the word and definitely be back to try more.. thanks again for great food, great service !!
