Ordered and paid for our large family of seven thru the app, got to stall, gave stall number on the app, sign says it’s being prepared. We split the order to make it easier, or so we thought... Had to wait till it was finished before placing our second order in same stall, only the first order never comes out. It states it’s in the kitchen and then on it’s way before reverting back to beginning screen, then second order appears and states it’s “on it’s way” then never comes out either.
It’s been about thirty minutes now, twenty waiting on first order and ten more on the second order. We finally press call button and “they don’t have our orders on their board”..... tells us to hold on and carhop comes out. She informs us queso burgers on second order aren’t being made anymore what other burger do we want? We ask about first order she says she doesn’t know anything about that order she’s only asking about the burgers. We change order and after another minute she brings out second order claiming they are making queso burgers and one item from our first order, then brings the rest of the first order. No sauce and no napkins and drinks about 70% filled.
She had a horrible attitude, I get they were a little busy but some common courtesy would have been nice, after all we had been sitting there now for 40 minutes with three hangry preschoolers. Read moreI visited this location today after the Homecoming Parade with my son. Him and his friends were sitting waiting on there food, and as they waited they noticed one of the workers playing with a dog in a parked car. They asked the worker can he wash his hands before making food because they noticed that he went in and started to prepare food. So the manager came out and started yelling at the kids saying they were harassing the workers, and if they didn't leave in 10 seconds he was calling the police. So the other boys left and my son got in the car with me. The manager walked to my car pointing his finger at me saying I need to teach my son some manners. This man was in my face telling me he would have me removed from the premises. I told him he didn't have to call the police on me, I would just leave, he continued to yell and point his fingers and told me to leave. So I did, they let a $50.00 order go over a misunderstanding....SMH. I will never eat there again, and I will make sure no one in my family eats there either. I even tired talking to him, but he didn't want to hear it, the was too busy waving that crucked finger in my face, and telling me how to raise my kids. Managers should not cross the line like that, he could have at least asked what happened before he came out yelling at a couple of 9th grade...

I ordered 5 drinks through the app with ease and was excited to receive my order. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse when my order was delayed and my slushy arrived completely melted. To make matters worse, I had to wait for over 30 minutes while 4 other customers received their food before I even received my drinks!
After inquiring about my order, the server finally brought my drinks, but it was already too late - the damage had been done. It's not the first time I've experienced such issues at this location, but what's even more disappointing is the lack of response from the management team. It seems like they're not interested in making any meaningful changes to improve the quality of their service.
And that's not all! To top it off, the restrooms were so unclean that, I never thought I'd say this, but I would have preferred to use a portapotty over the restrooms at this location!
Overall, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth (and it wasn't just the melted slushy). While I hope that the management team takes my feedback seriously and makes some much-needed changes, I would advise caution if you're considering visiting...
