The girl who takes orders Neither knows English nor knows their menu. Only time my order Is Correct Is when I get someone else to Fix it . Wrong 5/7 times. Today I asked for an English muffin w cheese, she couldn't Find it, so she decided to Press Bagel. When I was heard "complaining" Managrr came over pressed the Right buttons but No one took off Bagel. When th cashier took my receipt she proceeded to quietly walk around asking her coworkers in Creole how to fix it, I said Just Ask your manager. THEN THE MANAGER STARTED YELLIMG AT ME, ASKING ME WHAT I WANT AND WHATS WRONG WITH ME AND WHERES MY RECEIPT. LOL. Very professional. I told her the cashier took it. She said "You want a Refund, put in your card" after this I went to retrieve my coffee that had a black hair on it that I asked a worker to remove as my hair is dirty brown. FRIDAY, I ASKED for a medium iced coffee, WITH sugar Free vanilla flavor. I Got Liquid Sugar . I have walked out of there laughing and yelling I am there 3-5 days a week because of the LOCATION And despite trying to be nice , they don't seem to care. TODAY, Napoleonella was my final straw. I HAVE Never in my life had this many problems with a Dunkin donuts menu. This is a matter of Buttons and a Smile. Something this store cannot seem to grasp. Read moreJust came back from living in Hawaii for 3 years, where Dunkin Donuts is still a new concept and a “special occasions” place. I was so excited to stop by in the morning on my way to my sister’s swim meet for one of the sandwiches that they don’t have in Hawaii, when we pulled up the person on the mic already had attitude. Mind you I’ve worked in food service (two of those years spent in coffee shops) for half a decade, so I’m aware of how it feels when people pull up right when you open. I know the first thing you do upon opening shift is turn on the ovens to preheat; they stated their ovens weren’t ready for use at 6:10AM. When my dad (who was ordering and driving) was confused by the statement, there was audible laughing in the background and the person on the mic kept cutting us off with “have a good day” as if to stress they don’t want us to complete our order. Read moreMe and my family are a daily customer to Dunkin' but this particular one has become our favorite in our everyday go-to. Not only is the location perfect but the entire establishment of employees in the morning are even better. I ordered something extra on my coffee and then go out of their way every morning to make sure to make it right with no complaints. They have the same employees work 7 days a week and I look forward to seeing them every morning because of their customer service and the speed of the drive-thru. The coffee always tastes fresh. They also always remember the little extra things that I like to go with my order and we never have to repeat or ask.
