Whats wrong with the owners of this place, seriously could you only get a prison to work program, or people who have been fired everywhere else ?
Went in Saturday after ordering online, I should have worried when as soon as I walked in they were getting chewed out by two other customers for things unacceptable. I was told my order would be a few minutes
In the next ten minutes, we got to enjoy a person I assume was an assistant manager telling two guys the previous saturday they had problems at the oven and they were on.
We are now told, oh, you order was a mistake we are re-making it. 15 minutes goes by, nothing. Another ten minutes I get up and ask, they pull my order from underneath the warmer. I asked how long it has been sitting there, the girl says
"It's okay, its under the warmer" since that was not my questions I asked again how long it has been sitting there, received the same its under the warmer answer.................for the record, no one had been near that oven in over ten minutes, so the answer is, I was sitting waiting while my pizz got cold for at least ten minutes.
Got my pizza home, it looked like garbage, tasted worse and got thrown away. I emailed corporate, they said the owner would call me, hasn't happened.
Called and asked to speak to the manager on Monday, got some guy with an accent (later turned out to be a guy named Metty) who said he will be in at 5:00pm. I called at 5:20 pm, same guy, said he didnt know when he would be in
Tuesday comes around, I call in again, Metty now asks what I want, told him again I wanted to speak to the manager. Now he tells me he doesnt know when he would be in. I mention that everywhere I have worked, managers have schedules, he asked my why I needed to speak to him
I stated, I am a customer, paying customer, who has an issue to address with the manager, he told me I am not a customer and hung up on me.
When I got time, an hour later I went down, young kid, realy nice kid working there tells me, oh, he has gotten good ratings recently and gotten much better, now I am told, there is no general manager, he got transferred.
Called another store, they tell you call 1-800 Dominos, it basically tells you call the store and hang up. I am not sure what kind of backwoods organization you are running, but honestly, its pathetic.
Hanging up on people and refusing to allow them to speak to a manager, I would terminate...

Ive been a customer of this location since its opening. I will admit that I have placed orders over and over, and somehow I was o.k. with the poor business ethics. But at last, the time has come and my kindness has come to an end. This is one of the most poorly operated business' that I have ever experienced. The pizza and chicken is always mediocre, at best.
The service is truly pathetic. I'm going to start a new paragraph for this one. My order gets delivered and does not have the items that I purchased. Oh yes, I forgot to mention that this has happened 6 times in a row. That's 6 times over a year long period, which proves that their are some non ethical business practices taking place at this location.
Lastly, my order is always delivered over an hour after I order. I understand that the drivers have to make many stops and that location, weather, traffic, and time, always play a roll in determining the delivery length. What I don't understand is how you can knowingly deliver an order wrong, time after time, and steal from your customer. Yes, steal from me.
Every time I order, this location steals my money. I know, I should have stopped after the third time, but I was curious to see if their was fraudulent activity happening at this business. I was right, there is. Every time I order this business is stealing a few dollars from me, every time.

Read moreIf youre going to get delivery, dont get sauce. They have forgotten or given me the wrong sauce every single time i get delivery from this store. I usually get carryout so i can ask them for the sauce when they hand it to me, because even then its apparently too hard for them to read the tag on the box. Tonight is my last time going to this store, pizza was undercooked, the sauce that i paid extra money for was forgotten... again, and it took 30 minutes to get to me, even though im literally 5 minutes away, this was after the tracker said it left the store. Even when getting carryout the employees look unhappy and are always short with customers. You can stand outside the door waiting for carryout and they will look at you and no one will come out to ask you your order for another 10 minutes. Sad this is the only dominos nearby, id go to another in a heartbeat.
EDIT: tried ordering from here tonight and i honestly can't believe that my order was stuck on prep for 40 mimutes. So i called, no answer. Called again, answer but on hold. A minute later, i get a notification my order is canceled. Fantastic communication(sarcasm). Tried calling a few more times and no answer. Thanks for wasting my time. This dominos store sucks so hard. Dont tip the employees if you order from here they dont deserve it. I will be contacting corporate. Tomight...
