I came to this Starbucks for a mobile pick up and used the drive thru for the first time ever around 9pm on September 5, and since there was no line at all I didn’t know how it worked. Before I was even completely stopped or finished saying what I was ordering, one of the staff, who was skinny with black hair, cut me off and stuck her head out the window with the nastiest attitude and told me to wait at the window next time. I explained that it was my first time and I didn’t know, but instead of explaining politely she just turned her back on me and completely ignored me, which felt extremely rude and unprofessional. I had already had a rough day and her attitude made it worse, ruining my night. Thankfully another staff member came after and she was nice and helpful, though they almost forgot my food items until I reminded them. The second girl was kind, but the first one should not be treating customers that way. I understand the rule about waiting at the window, but there was no one in front of me to follow, and if she had explained it in a respectful way I would have completely understood. While I'm all for tipping, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Today, I ordered four tomato mozzarella paninis and one impossible breakfast sandwich. Despite the baristas greeting many customers with a "good morning," I wasn't acknowledged, likely due to my ethnicity. It's become somewhat of an expectation here, so I tend to overlook it. After a fifteen-minute wait, I approached the counter to find a bag containing the four paninis, but no tag. The lady distributing drinks didn't acknowledge me and handed the bag to another employee, mentioning the missing sticker. Five minutes later, another employee handed me my order, but the additional sandwich wasn't included. It was mixed up with other orders. It's frustrating to provide a name and then not have the order executed correctly. Read moreI usually have a really low expectation from a Starbucks but this place can disappoint you amazingly. They have really rude and indifferent staff and they treat you as if they actively hate you being in their shop. They always misplace your and do not read the name of orders most of the time. I order the chocolate croissant warmed up and the only possible way they can mess it up was to not have it warmed up but not only they miss placed it to the other section of the the store but after waiting for a long time when I asked them for it somebody just said ohhh it was here and it was cold and not only they did not warm it up but not even a single “sorry” was said as if it was my fault that order got placed on the wrong side of the store.
