Baker Ranch Community Park — Attraction in Lake Forest

Buyer beware. I did my due diligence. The Shea reps never said a peep about what I'm about to report here, which I think is super shady. There's a concrete ready mix plant in very close proximity to the community. Robertson's and Associated Ready Mix Concrete. Look them up with the South Coast Air Quality Management District. These companies spew all kinds of toxic chemicals. These toxic fumes are vented when mixing concrete mix with additives and you breathe this air into your lungs. I'd hate to see pople in this community have higher rates of cancer or any upper respiratory diseases. It's a beautiful community, but everyone should be well informed of their surroundings. We were looking for a new place to walk and this was perfect for us. There is a nice flat sidewalk all the way around this park, just right for a couple of old folks with bad hips and knees. There is a baseball field, fenced off at the moment, seemingly to rehab the grass, several picnic tables under covers, a playground, and a restroom. Baker Ranch Community Park is a great hidden gem, especially for families with kids. The playground equipment is awesome and super engaging, with a standout feature being the extra-long slide that kids can’t get enough of.
