UPDATE: I am updating my review to 5 stars. The last few times we gave eaten here, both the food and the service has been excellent. Even when there's a bit of a wait to be seated (hey, it's a popular place!), we were greeted promptly and seated within 20 minutes. The food is still amazing, with large portions that could easily be shared between two people, and our service has been much, much better since my initial review. Highly recommend eating at Juicy's!

This restaurant has very delicious meals and hearty portions. I have never been disappointed in their food! The ambiance is pleasant as well, though there's not much to dampen the surrounding noise so sometimes it's very easy to hear the booth behind you, or even across the way. I gave it 4 stars because several times I have eaten there, the servers were inattentive to the specifics of our order, causing us to have to ask for things more than once and on one occasion, our server got caught up in a lengthy conversation with what seemed to be personal friends dining in the booth behind us (again, nearby conversation is easy to overhear) and left us waiting far too long for our check... otherwise, I would recommend people eat here because I've always...

I'm bummed! I was so excited to love this place but it was just okay. Our whole family got burgers medium well and my husband is the only one who thought his was okay. The rest came out like hockey pucks. We were expecting amazing meat since it's like a steak and prime rib place. I will say, they were all well seasoned so even though it was dry, it didn't taste bad.

The service was also awkward. We went when it wasn't very busy and I think our waitress might have been distracted. For example, instead of bringing 5 waters we asked for and telling us they had kids cups (which would be nice to know from the beginning), she brought a water and diet Coke. Weird but my husband drank it 🤷‍♀️ she also tried to walk away without taking his order. The busser was attentive. We didn't have enough silverware, or drinks and kept having to bug employees walking by.

None of that is a big deal but instead of one or two helpful interactions, it became more like 10 awkward interactions with us clamoring for napkins, silverware, drinks. It does make a difference.

I think we'd try again but maybe get something else. It'll be a while though because we have a big family and eating out is a luxury. I wish this visit had...
