The attitude from the employees it’s horrible This was my favorite place to go get shave ice but definitely after these last two experiences not going back

My best friend, her two kids, which one is 9 month and myself went in to get an ice cream for all of us took some time then ordered Banana split we’re sitting at the table waiting for it once we got it not even a second while we were trying to pick up everything up and the baby Got told you need to leave I’m close. (There is other ways of saying that)

Then the following time walked in lady had a attitude as for our ice creams sat down cool we don’t have to deal with her Then moments later had to ask for napkins because the kid got ice cream all over himself gave me two napkins and said napkins are expensive cool charge me for them I don’t care then a gentleman and his son walk in get ice cream themselves. She’s the nicest person in the world to them moments later same thing his son gets action all over him as for napkins, and she gives them a bunch of napkins without the comment. My family and I have been coming here for well over a year now. I would definitely consider us to be regular customers, great ice cream, and the best smoothies BUT the customer service from the daughter is terrible!!! She never greets anyone when they walk in the door and on multiple occasions she will turn her back and walk away when you are trying to place an order with her. She's never smiling and is just completely rude all the time. We came in yesterday to get smoothies after our lake trip and I was going to get a street corn also but after her being so rude, I thought to myself why give them more money? Thier water & ice r the cheapest in town period. Now for thier ice cream I hate to say this cuz I luv ur shop, but YUCK. Ur ice cream looks old like it's been melted & frozen a hundred times, ur cones r sitting out in the open for everything & anything to land on them. Not good. In fact it's NASTY & I'm sure if the health inspector stopped by u wouldn't pass. I give 4 stars for thier prices on water & ice everything else 0 stars. For ur safety I recommend u check the dates on the candy & look real close at the cones...
