Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

Bored & tired of other pizza places here in Havasu, we decided to give Papa Murphy's a try with the hope that we could trust all of the positive reviews. Unfortunately, it seems they're written by people who got paid to write them or by people who have horrible taste.

The staff were very friendly and the toppings were fresh, but that's where the positivity ends. The crust was bland and incredibly thin (I've eaten cardboard that had more flavor and which was also thicker); the sauce was absolutely tasteless (tap water has more flavor); and while the meats were fresh, they were overly salty (you'll find less salt in a salt mine).

We really wanted to like this pizza but it wasn't possible. Still, we may go there again and just request a sauce-less pizza and put our own homemade...

I was a first time customer - called in my order for 2 Large Gourmet pizzas: Thin crust Angus Steak & Regular crust Veggie. Quick pick up time. Used my $2.00 coupon. Pizza was DELICIOUS. Took only 19 minutes to cook both pizzas and they tasted fresher than any Boboli pizza I could've made myself. We were little piggies - no leftovers. Oh No..... I love cold pizza. Earlier this week we ordered a couple pizzas through the website and maybe five minutes later my husband received a text message saying they were unable to fill our order.
