True Eats — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

Chef Jonathan@ Tru Eats exceeded our expectations for our first trip to LH. We're both vegan and there were slim vegan options unbeknownst to us in LH- I reached out to Chef regarding preparing vegan options/menu etc for my husband and I for our 16th anniversary. He sent a list of items he could veganize and went over and beyond to purchase all the items- which was truly a blessing. We arrived yesterday evening and all of our food was piping hot and he even gave us options for seating in a near by restaurant so we could be comfortable and enjoy our food in peace. All of our food was seasoned to perfection- generous portions with fresh homemade ingredients. These by far was the best vegan empanadas, garlic potatoes, cesar salad with homemade dressing we've ever had. We will definitely use Chef again whenever we visit LH again. We had the pleasure of having Jonathan from True Eats Foods cater our friend’s bachelorette party at our Airbnb in Lake Havasu, and WOW, it was truly unforgettable. He cooked for our group of 15 and somehow managed to deliver both restaurant quality food and a warm, personal experience!

We started with delicious sushi appetizers while sipping on some tasty sake. The noodle bar was a hit, offering something for everyone. The shrimp was my personal favorite!

Beyond the amazing food, Jonathan himself was an absolute joy. He was professional yet fun, blending in seamlessly with the good vibes of our celebration. He clearly cares deeply about his craft, and it shows in every bite.

Jonathan and his team are amazing. We had a wedding reception for our daughter and new son-in-law for 100 people at our home. True Eats made the most delicious passed appetizers which included Short Rib Turnovers, Chicken Skewers with an incredible sauce and Brushcetta. His staff did an excellent catering to our guests as they sipped cocktails and enjoyed the appetizers. It was followed by a buffet dinner that included sliced Beef Ribs, Chicken with an amazing sauce and four sides...Caesar Salad, Grilled Vegetables, Fingerling Potatoes and Mediterranean Rice.
