I was just told Alfredos in LITH was under new management as of last month when I called to let them know that the quality of Italian beef sandwich they are giving customers is foul. It was cold, bone dry (like au jus AT ALL), smelled rancid and was a greyish color that is hard to portray through photos. And look at all of that fat! The giardiniera was swimming in oil. Like a cup of oil and maybe 5 pieces of vegetables. Barely any sauce on pasta and they apparently can no longer substitute a different sauce with their pasta. I usually ask for alfredo instead of marinara on the tortellini and I was told new management does not allow that anymore. Not the end of the world but still annoying for those with allergies/sensitivities. Totally bummed at how bad this place is now.

We were traveling in the area and wanted pizza. Small dine in area but that’s ok. The pizza was amazing. It was more on the sweeter side but still delicious. We ordered a six pack of drinks a 14” one topping pizza and an order of onion strings. Everything was hot and good. And under $30.00. If I’m ever in the area again we will be back.

We ordered on line today, they charged our credit card and never showed up. We went over there and they are closed and it looks like it’s emptied out. Don’t order there. We tried calling and were just put on their recorder hold music and ads.

so up until recently we were frequent buyers of this place, they have now royally messed up our order twice and the 2nd time gave us the run around on getting it fixed. My husband is allergic to onions, and doesnt like tomatos he ordered a chicken sandwich (ingredients per their menu lettuce tomato provolone and mayonaise) i requested no tomato add bacon, it came with tomatos on it and onions, it has never had onions before and there was no cheese and the bun was as hard a a rock. We also ordered boneless wing easy BBQ sauce, what came was boned wings in mild buffalo sauce and it was drenched. when we called we were put on hold multiple times, they expected us us to bring the food back to get it fixed even though it was delivered and then gave us a run around about getting our meal credited. when we asked for a manager, we were told he was busy to call back after 8...really this is how you reward a customer that has ordered from you at least once a month for almost a year and during football season it was...

Thanks for the cold pizza! We ordered pizza to be delivered and asked them to knock because our doorbell is broken. Gave us a delivery window of ten minutes. I made sure I was listening for the door at the delivery window time. When it was 8 minutes past delivery window I look outside to see my pizza sitting in this frigid cold weather. Called and spoke to the manager who would only give me a $5 credit for ruining my pizza. You need to ensure people who you are delivering to are properly notified. Don't just knock and drop my pizza thinking someone heard you. Im pretty sure you came early also which is a different story. You need to notify customers by oh.....cell phone! Technology is a beautiful thing. I will NOT come back to this establishment and urge you to choose another restaurant that appreciates doing right by their customers! P.S. I have a family member that is in the pizza business and I know the profit you are making from that pie. You could have delivered another one!...

Last night I went to Alfredo's Pizza in Lake In The Hills. I walked in and immediately noticed that they only have 2 tables now. They converted mostly all of the dining room into a gaming area. I walked up to the counter to order and over the wall I could see into the kitchen and I noticed an old rotating deck oven. This place has a really old Middleby Marshall rotating deck oven. I went with the Gold medal standard sausage pizza. That old oven cooked the pizza perfectly. The edges were crispy and flaky with a good flavor. Crust was very thin with a nice dusting of cornmeal. Even the center pieces held up well. The cheese had a good fresh taste and a nice pull to it. The sauce was a bit of a thicker sauce and on the sweet side. The sausage had just a hint of fennel, but still had a great flavor. The pizza was topped with oregano and other seasonings. Overall a really good pizza and I was pleasantly surprised by this place. If you're in the area stop by and...
